Sam McKenzie, a power hitter of Fort Worth Roadrunner fame, adds consistency to power.  In his two World Series appearances with Austin, Sam has connected in 94% of his at bats.  

Sam was the vocal leader and an outstanding hitter for the national championship Roadrunners in 1991.
